We utilise CAD-CAM technology for making molds quickly and in a reliable quality for the production. Our molding department includes 7 CNC digital control cutting machines, 3 CNC digital control lathes, 2 digital control wire cut EDM, 1 machine centre and many other molding equipments. We assist our customers in developing new, customized products exclusively. 3-7 days only for single cavity aluminium sample mold! The high quality products need high quality management, we passed authentication of ISO 9001:2000, QS and UK’s BRC Global Standard.

Our 35000㎡ dustfree workshop has 6 advanced extrusion line, 2 sets of thermoforming machines from KIEFEL in Germany (KTR5 cup forming machine and KMD78B thermoforming machine) and 30 sets of domestic automated thermoforming machines. The daily output for plastic sheet is 100 tons, for final products is 60 tons.
